How the pass works

The Everywhere Golf Pass is formed through a partnership of public golf courses across North Carolina. The pass includes two rounds of golf at each of our partner courses. The pass can be used anytime over the course of a year and is designed to make it easy for golfers to find and explore new places to play.

  • Purchase the pass through the Everywhere Golf website. You’ll receive an email with instructions to complete your enrollment. Once you’re enrolled, you’re ready to play.

  • Book a tee time the same way you always would. Call a partner course’s Pro Shop and get your name on the tee sheet.

  • At check-in, let the course staff know you’re using your Everywhere Golf Pass. The course will handle the rest.

FAQs

  • The Everywhere Golf Pass covers greens fees for two full rounds (18-holes each) at each partner course unless otherwise noted.

  • No, the Everywhere Golf Pass does not include cart fees at our partner courses. Many of our passholders enjoy walking, so we do not include cart fees in order to keep prices low. Everywhere Golf passholders will be charged the partner course’s standard cart fee if they choose to use a cart.

  • The same way you always would! The best way to book a tee time with our partner courses is to call the course at the number listed on their Course Details page on Everywhere Golf's website. It's often helpful if you give them a heads up that you're an Everywhere Golf passholder.

    Once you arrive, head to the Pro Shop to check-in, and let the staff know you’re using your Everywhere Golf Pass. The course will handle the rest.

  • Yes, some of our partner courses have blackout periods in order to preserve members-only and peak periods. Please check the Course Details page on Everywhere Golf's website prior to booking a tee time.

  • Your Everywhere Golf Pass activates from the moment you complete the pass enrollment process and will remain valid for 365 days.

  • Once you purchase the pass, you will receive an email prompting you to finish your enrollment by entering your contact information. You can complete enrollment at any time, but your pass will not activate until enrollment is finished. Once you have completed the enrollment process your pass will become active immediately and you will be able to use it at partner courses.

  • No, the Everywhere Golf Pass is a non-cancellable and non-refundable.

  • No, once a passholder has completed enrollment the pass cannot be transferred. This is to prevent sharing and reselling of passes.

  • No, your pass is specific to you, and rounds at partner courses cannot be transferred or redeemed for other people (including family).

  • Yes! Everywhere Golf is looking to partner with other golf companies (e.g., apparel, club fitters, etc.) to offer exclusive offers to passholders. Please follow along our journey as we roll out and announce partnerships.
